If you cant find DPF part number…

1. Use the vin number, customer provided you on check in sheet to call the dealer.

I normally always call dealer or multiple dealers to and say ” id like to get part number and pricing on the DPF, we have a customer coming that may or may not need a new DPF, but he can not have his truck down so i have to have it here in case he does need it” here is the vin number and here is a part number i show.. 529699723? sometimes you have to make up a part number so it sounds legit. (you gotta play that game sometimes) normally they will give you part number.

or you can google year make and model to get an idea of what DPF it has
or the DPF part number may have to be provided to you by the customer

If you can not evaporate your waste water please follow all your local and state rules for disposal. Below I have added some options for you to evaporate waste water.

I used 55 gallon tank heater in my shop and worked perfect.

  1. Using a metal 55 gallon drum. I purchased a heat strap/ metal drum heater. I filled drum with waste water. then I turned it up to 160 degrees and let it do its thing. below is a link for heater.
  2. Before I used the above method I used a company that picked up automotive parts washing water. You will have to do some research to find this type of company in your area.
  3. I like to save money when I can. But if your a spender here is another option for you. Its called water eater, same concept as option 1 but little more $$$. I will attach a link below for your review

  1. Make sure to stay 10 to 12 inches away from filters when psi washing. This process helps the over all appearance of filter when it comes out of the kiln.
  2. PRESSURE WASHING TO CLOSE TO THE FACE WILL DAMAGE THE SUBSTRATES. ESPECIALLY CORDIERITE SUBSTRATE.
  3. LOL AND PLEASE DON’T TELL ANYBODY YOU PRESSURE WASH FILTERS. MOST PEOPLE DON’T UNDERSTAND THAT THE PSI WASH WAS DONE AFTER ULTRASONICS. MAKES THEM THINK YOUR JUST PSI WASHING THERE FILTER. PUTS A BAD TASTE IN PEOPLES MOUTHS. INSTEAD OF PSI WASH, USE SOLUTION FLUSH
