I was in Houston working and started having problems with duramax exhaust system. I needed to get home to east Texas to keep promise to my daughter and was panicking. Called DPF and spoke to Jenna and she referred me to a wonderful mechanic at 5 Star and offered to work on Saturday to get me home. Very nice, knowledgeable owners that truly care about customers and refer you to good honest mechanics. Which is hard to find. Thank you both so much

I appreciate that they are family business always doing their best to help me reach my unit goals of being on the road.

I have several light duty Mercedes OM642 vehicles. was doing a new engine one a 2007 w211 and had DPF Alternatives of West Houston clean my cat and requested they clean the dpf, but the owners recommended replacing the dpf with aftermarket. great service. the guy that does the technical work actually showed me around and showed me their processes. very nice family business and quality service on time and on budget. highly recommended.

Exceeded expectations, top notch service and great communications. I highly recommend this company if you have a DPF that needs rejuvenating and enjoy great people to work with, this is the company for you 👌 👍

Very good service. Price is fair and they always get it done fast.

Saved my customer a lot of money after another shop installed a brand new dpf filter from ford but didn’t change the fan clutch that caused it to plug up in the first place causing it to plug up so bad it pushed the honey comb into pressure tube inside filter causing damage..they sold me a reman and a fraction of the cost and even delivered

Customer service is amazing and turn around time is fast.

Super nice people! 100% trustworthy ✅

Great experience very professional! Did a great job.

I highly recommend DPF Alternative filter cleaning services, Mrs. Jenna went above and beyond in helping to locate ATS Diesel to remove my filters and send them in for cleaning. I was kept informed of the process while recovering from a medical issue, I want to thank Mrs. Jenna again for all your help and excellent experience for taking care of a serious issue DPF issue.

Jenna and Keith were the most helpful and very knowledgeable people in this field. They were able to educate me and provide great professional service. They will definitely be receiving my business in the future.

Jenna and Keith are so amazing with all things DPF. I was shocked to realized that my VW needed DPF cleaning and the expense of it was totally unplanned for. But DPF Alternatives West Houston did everything they could to ease my concerns and restore my DPF for the longest run. I think it is now at 99% of my original DPF which is going to give my car so much more time. So glad I found them. I love my car and even though I was not expecting to have to clean my DPF (or understood what I was getting into) they made my whole experience as great as they could!

This shop is great! It’s a really affordable option to buying new. They know the ins and outs of the system and explain it well.

Cleaned my DPF all the way and my car runs smoothly again! Very great customer service and I would definitely recommend this service for blocked DPFs! Thank you again!

Keith & Jenna are great! awesome work, with the fastest turn around! I highly recommend their services!
