Best service ever, nice people on customer service we highly recommend

10/10 amazing work being doing business with Leo for a while now, always top notch work.

Fast and efficient! My truck DPF failed entering New Mexico! I considered the local shops, but they seem to be trying abuse of travelers who get stuck in Gallup. Contacted DPF in Phoenix and transported my truck to their repair shop. They were fast and efficient. No wait or trouble getting it fixed. Just left it there and they repaired it quick. Also, at fair prices! Would highly recommend!

Fast turn time and saved me a ton of money vs having to replace. Would absolutely recommend.

Honest, transparent, and overall great company to work with. I will be sending them a lot more business in the near future.

They got to work quickly and finished in a single day, just as promised—I recommend them.

Leo has saved the day again. I had another Mechanic told me I had to spend $7000 For him to replace my DPF There you are, Leo was able to service it and get me on the road from out of town. Sure, glad he knows his stuff

It’s not often that you find an automotive repair shop that values honesty more than making a quick sale, but that’s exactly what I found at DPF Alternatives in Phoenix. I went in convinced that my DPF needed to be regenerated. After taking the time to properly diagnose the issue, they explained that the problem was something entirely different. They easily could have sold me a DPF cleaning or any number of unnecessary repairs, and I never would have known the difference. Instead, they gave me an honest assessment, pointed me in the right direction, and told me exactly what I needed to do. The entire team was professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest from start to finish. That kind of integrity is rare these days, especially in the automotive repair industry. If you’re looking for a shop that will treat you fairly and tell you the truth, I can’t recommend DPF Alternatives highly enough. They’ve earned my trust, and they’ll have my business in the future.

Great communication, and kept me informed when I asked questions.

DPF Alternative was very knowledgeable and helpful. Any questions or concerns I had about the process or anything dealing with the system they had a positive answer. The representative (Leo) was excellent to work with. He really knows what he is doing and was thorough. I will definitely deal with them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

High quality products and service! I highly recommend them.

Leo is a good guy his service and price goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend DPF Alternative if you want a fair price, good service and a safe secure location.

Brought my 2016 MB GL350 DPF filter in and was finished in less than 2 days. Very happy about that.

Fair prices! Friendly staff! They did a great job cleaning out my Dpf and even replaced a bung for me as I broke a sensor inside it during removal. Everything was done in a timely manner as well! Highly recommend cleaning your Dpf through them!

“Great experience with DPF Alternatives. Their pricing was fair, communication was clear from start to finish, and they got the work done on time as promised. Very professional and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing DPF cleaning or service.”

I have a towing company A&M Towing and one of my trucks got the DPF filled up with soot. I removed the DPF and took it to DPF Alternatives. They were awesome! Did a great job and excellent prices!

We use DPF Alternatives on all of our trucks from heavy haul trucks to our HD pick up trucks. The service DPF Alternatives provide are timely and cost effective compared to filter replacement that are very expensive and usually not available.

Leo and Anthony are super solid. I’ve had no issues with anything they’ve touched for my business. Keep up the great service!

DPF Alternative exceeded expectations. The entire process was convenient , timely and affordable. I would drive crone valley again!

Leo was awesome to work with. He took my call when I was broke down on the side of 17 headed out of Phoenix, explained what was going on with my 2021 Volvo regen. I had the truck sent to his shop he diagnosed it and fixed it in no time flat. Was out of the shop and back on the road in about 12 hrs.

Dpf alternatives are the best at what they do , they took care of my ram , 5 stars to them

I had a great experience with DPF Alternatives. From start to finish, their team was fast, professional, and easy to communicate with. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and answered all my questions clearly, which I really appreciated. The service was completed quicker than I expected, and the quality of their work definitely shows their level of expertise. It’s not always easy to find a company that combines speed, professionalism, and strong communication, but DPF Alternatives delivered on all three. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need anything in the future.

Fast service Leo answered all questions and shared knowledge on the issue. Offered recommendations to help me in the long run. Definitely recommend ans will be coming back for next service

Quick responses from Leo when I inquired about services and their prices were a great alternative to purchasing a new DPF for my Ram Ecodiesel.

What awesome customer service and services in general they have provided me for my Jetta TDI! They have gone far and beyond to help me with my DPF issues. I recommend them highly for any DPF needs.

Very good people to work with they done everything I asked for great job

Great people to work with. I needed to pick my truck up on a Saturday and they set that up with no problem.

Two days, a warranty…. Can’t beat it!!

Hey drivers I am a truck driver for 40 years and I had a lot of broken promises from shops and I have to tell you my experience with Leo at DPF. I was given a estimate for a filter cleaned up and it was midrange for price and he said that he could get it done with in two or three days 🤔 right I've heard that many times. But hey Leo had it wrapped up in two and a half days WOW 👏. Under the estimate, people it's been a month since the work and my little old truck is running better than ever. So if you need a honest clean shop DPF and Leo is a good way to go. Thanks for your time Jack and Lisa.

Excellent service responded quickly to my questions

I manage a modest fleet of vehicles from pickups to full size tractors in the Phx market. Over the last month I’ve sent three trucks in for DPF/emissions services. The team at DPF Alternatives has been great to work with. The trucks came back running so much better than when they were dropped off! Communications have been responsive and prompt. Money well spent and a value added service for anyone in need of DPF and or emissions service.

Our DPF was sent here from Jones Ford in Buckeye to be “remanufactured”. They took it apart and cleaned it three times to get the soot debris off of it. They said there was 22” of restriction so our DPF was unable to properly clean and regenerate itself. They did a great job cleaning it and offer a year long warranty. They answered questions that we had asked our Ford Service Representative. Thank you for your help in getting our truck fixed and back on the road.

I just want to say that this company is great. The staff is excellent. The service is phenomenal. The product that they offer is top notch on the market. It's been a minute since I had the service done on my truck and it's still running better than it has before. I highly recommend this company for your needs for diesel trucks. Thanks, Eddie Tellez

GUNNELL'S TIRES APPRECIATES THE QUALITY OF SERVICE YOUR COMPANY SUPPLIES !!! THANK YOU

Great service at really good price.

My son has a Chevy Cruze diesel that was having issues. 2 separate mechanics said the dpf needed to be replaced at almost $5000. I found Leo and DPF Alternatives and they cleaned the filter for a fraction of the cost. I set an appointment and they had it done in 2 days. They were great!

They were very professional and honest ! The price I was quoted that it could have been was way less and the workmanship was excellent! I will use them if needed again in the future !

They were great to work with! Easy drop off and called when they were complete fast and friendly and helpful!

So fast and professional, these guy are the best in dpf services

I got my truck fixed from here and everyone is so friendly quick service would highly recommend this place

Leo went above and beyond when servicing my dpf system. It was a difficult repair because of custom parts on my truck. Couldn't ask for better service! Thanks Leo!

Bought a f350 from a dealership. They failed to come close at fixing my dpf codes. Almost a month later took my truck straight from the dealership that of course still wasn't fixed to Leo at DPF ALTERNATIVES. Keep in mind he squeezed me in and had it done in 3 days. Very professional and explained everything on day one. Did what he said which is hard to come by these days. Stop wasting time and give them a call.

Quickly, qualitatively, professionally! I recommend! 👍

Hello everyone! I want to share my experience with the company DPF Alternatives and in particular with Leo there was a difficult serious breakdown with the system of the def pump line and a lot of diagnostics of course, during the repair process, many questions always arise, but in the end I am satisfied with what was done, because Leo responded. I came a second time, and he did a double diagnostics for me considered it his right not to charge me for the second diagnostics, because he decided that he partly had the right to complete the work although, at that time I had already been to other repairmen, on a different issue, but I came to him, and he helped me. I will say that I am satisfied with the service. Leo, thank you very much! Alex, New York city - Brooklyn.

I recommend calling them I’ll be using them for all of my DPF stuff

I don't think anyone likes having DPF issues but if you do, this is the place!! I left the place and did not feel like I was lied to. They educated me on the system, explained what they will do and did it in the time frame and price promised!!!

Wow!!! Amazing Customer Service, great prices you have a lifetime Customer, there is no Alternative to DPF Alternative!!!!! Thanks Leo

Good service 👍👍👍

These guys were great to work with

OK, apparently I am a DPF Alternatives fanboy now. And while I’m at it, I suppose I will throw Leo and the crew a couple of pom-poms as well. /;-) The combination of The offering of the MAX MILEAGE FBC and them basically restoring my entire after treatment system to almost OEM spec has completely changed the way my truck runs. Do a little reading on the processes involved and you’ll probably become a fanboy too. It beats the standard cleanings that the dealerships offer by a long shot. I’ve done the level four and level five Cleanings in the past. You may decide that you don’t need that thorough of a cleaning to your system, but those are the only levels I will be doing from this point forward. Thank you, Leo and thank you Dpf Alternatives.

Leo is best guy to work with I have been here twice and both times he helped me out same day very nice guy.

Wow, I feel so fortunate to have found DPF Alternatives. From start to finish, my experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. I was facing a hefty repair bill for my DPF filter and was feeling overwhelmed, but the team at DPF Alternatives came to the rescue! Not only did they provide a cost-effective solution that saved me a significant amount of money, but their turnaround time was incredibly quick. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they handled my DPF filter service, allowing me to get back on the road in no time. They took the time to explain the process and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It's rare to find such excellent customer service combined with top-notch expertise. If you're looking for a reliable and affordable alternative for your DPF needs, look no further than DPF Alternatives. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of DPF services. Thank you, DPF Alternatives, for your outstanding service and for saving me both time and money!

Save your self a trip to the dealer and take all your dpf problems to Leo, he knows what's when it comes to the emissions nightmare

The technicians at the DPF Alternatives (Phoenix) are knowledgeable and the most genuine I know in the industry, something that is lacking these days... They treat you like family. They maintained great communication and delivered ahead of projected schedule saving us thousands. Why replaced it when you can get it overhauled/cleaned. We are very happy with our one box overhaul/cleaning and the results.

Great service and communication. Worked out great. Would highly recommend their service.

My truck is running great after cleaning. I originally brought just my DPF, but Leo suggested I also pull my NAC. Both were cleaned in their ultrasonic process and the truck is running great. Communication along the way was excellent. I recommend DPF Alternatives in Phoenix. Great work and customer service. Correction, it was the NAC not the DOC. Mike M 2025 update- truck is still running strong. If I need future DPF service I will return to DPF Alternatives.

DPF Alternatives absolutely delivered top notch professional service on all fronts. Customer service and technical prowess is unmatched. Peace of mind is achieved — we are so grateful to have discovered a reliable partner to keep our fleet operational with minimal downtime.

After being denied service through multiple dealerships ..... DPF Alternatives helped me get my truck back on the road after a major emissions failure on my vehicle. My DPF filter looks and functions like it did brand new for a fraction of the price of a new filter 👍

Leo was on top of it was a big help again

Great job. I was told by BMW that Repair is gonna cost $7000 The guys was able to clean the filter for 700. I was very pleased with the service and will recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Fast turn around! Very knowledgeable! Will do business again! Thank you for helping me get the truck back on the road! A++

Great place. Very upfront about things

Took my truck to the brothers over at DPF Alternatives about a month ago. I highly recommend them if you ever have an issue with the DPF system. The service was excellent, and my truck is running great. The only setback is they are not open during the weekend. Small price to pay to the trucking gods for the confidence received from quality repairs.

Fast friendly and efficient. Quality service . Thanks guys

DPF Alternatives were fast, friendly, professional, and did a high quality job restoring my DPF for my mercedes. I've recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.

DPF alternative is an exceptional after treatment repair shop took my T-680 DPF filter & DOC in for repairs because the truck was regenerating every 500 miles. Work completed now the truck is running excellent again. 100% satisfaction This is a trust worthy shop.

Highly Recommend stopping by DPF ALTERNATIVES to get your DPF services just had my filters cleaned truck back up and running very grateful I ran into these guys ask for Leo. Five stars definitely….

Did a great job on filter and only took two days, put it on and light and dashboard clear of any codes. Thanks guys.

A++ service. No problems, a very fair price for dpf cleaning. Update still running good 200k miles since cleaning. A+ service just saw one review on a frieghtliner dealership of a guy selling his truck over dpf filters. 10k to replace because they don't clean them. I was quoted 8k for mine. Cleaning was 3500. Hope other drivers read this review. DON'T GO TO DEALERSHIPS FOR DPF FILTERS!!!!!

Leo and Anthony cool guys they fixed very fast

These guys do what needs to be done and are easy to work with. I hope not to have to visit them again, but if I do at least I know I am in good hands.
